is the one tip you have for someone looking to buy a home today? Negotiate
effectively. In today’s market, Buyers are looking for a deal. Prices and
interest rates are low. Buyers are already getting a deal. So instead of
focusing on finding a deal, I suggest to my Buyers to concentrate on finding
their home. Then compare the statistic and number with your Buyer’s agent. That
gives you a better footing for establishing an objective and reasonable offer.
Do not walk away from an already good offer because as a Buyer do not feel you
“won” the best deal from the Seller. It is not about winning, it is about
getting the home you want at a price you are willing to pay.
